Sydney, Australia, Jul 31 (EFE).- A New Zealand woman called the police after mistaking the discovery of a hyper-realistic headless sex doll lying on a remote beach on the northwest coast of New Zealand, for the corpse of a naked woman.
Artist Alice Cowdrey told EFE on Wednesday that "this creepy experience" happened to her when she was walking her dog Sadie the day before on Tapuae Beach, near the city of New Plymouth. "It looked so real," Cowdrey said, referring to this doll that had painted nails and separated toes, according to the photographs she took at the scene. "I didn't get very close, just about 25 metres away, because I was very nervous," said Cowdrey, who said she was scared at the time because she thought someone might be watching her. After recovering from the shock, the woman called the police and shortly after three officers arrived at Tapuae Beach, who were shocked to see that it was a "heavy doll" that they dragged to their car to take to the local police station. It is not known whether the doll, which can cost thousands of dollars, was washed ashore by the waves or deliberately placed there. EFE wat/lds
